消费者市场细分的依据很多,造成消费需求特征多样化的多有因素,都可视为市场分化的依据或标准,称为细分变量。一般认为主要细分依据是地理因素、人口因素、心理因素和行为因素等四大类。

所谓的行为因素是指和消费者购买行为习惯相关的一些变量,包括购买时机和频率、追求的利益、使用情况和消费者对品牌的忠诚度等。
